Proceedings Submission

Proceedings

Authors of accepted abstracts were invited to submit a short paper (max 6 pages) until July 15, 2018, for possible publication in the printed proceedings volume. Naturally, an abstract must have been accepted already, and the author must also present the paper at the conference to be considered for the refereed post-conference proceeding volume.

The submissions will be evaluated by the stream chairs regarding their suitability for publication. Final decisions will be made by the editors of the volume. As a result of the referee reports, about two-thirds of the submissions are expected to be included in the proceedings volume. The corresponding authors are going be notified in November 2018.

We exclusively accept papers with 6 pages maximum (including references) which have been prepared according to the Springer style files (preferably LaTeX). The authors should match the authors of the corresponding accepted abstract (the author order may change, though). Authors should use the LaTeX style file provided by Springer and adhere to the formatting guidelines in the documentation. For initial submission, papers must be submitted as pdf file. We only ask for the source files if a paper has been accepted.

Submissions must be done through EasyChair.

If you have any problems or questions concerning the submission for the proceedings volume, please contact us at or2018@euro-online.org
